Specifically designed for materials and processes that cannot be welded in an air environment, exhibit poor welding quality, or generate toxic by-products. The laser (fiber/disc laser), galvanometer scanning system, workbench, CCD coaxial vision positioning system, and process monitoring (such as PLD) are fully or partially integrated within a glove box, completely isolating the welding area from the atmosphere and thoroughly preventing oxygen (O₂), nitrogen (N₂), and water vapor (H₂O) from reacting in the high-temperature molten pool. This eliminates hydrogen atoms generated by water vapor decomposition, fundamentally preventing hydrogen embrittlement and delayed cracking in high-strength materials such as aluminum alloys and titanium alloys. Not only can inert gases (such as Ar, He) be filled, but reactive gases or mixed gases can also be filled according to process needs. Metal fumes, splashes, and particulate matter generated by laser welding are completely confined within the box. Toxic fumes generated during welding can be collected within the box and purified through a dedicated exhaust gas treatment system before being discharged; the box itself serves as a primary laser protective cover, preventing laser radiation leakage and ensuring personal safety.
